This headland has welcomed sailors, storms and terns

Long before the first guest arrived, fishing crews sheltered in this cove. The old stone store by the jetty still stands, rebuilt from its own fallen walls.

Conservation

Terns nest on the point in spring, so the cliff path closes for a few weeks each year.
