આ સેવાની શરતો ("Terms") તમારા ("User") અને Tentekio LLC ("Company", "અમે") વચ્ચેનો કાનૂની કરાર છે, જે FloSync software application ("Software") અને https://flosync.com પરની FloSync website ("Website") ના ઉપયોગ અંગે નિયમન કરે છે. Software ડાઉનલોડ, ઇન્સ્ટૉલ, અથવા ઉપયોગ કરીને તમે આ Terms સ્વીકારો છો.

૧. License Grant

૨. Restrictions

૩. Intellectual Property

Software અને તમામ સંબંધિત materials (Website, documentation, logos, અને trademarks સહિત) Tentekio LLC ની માલિકીના છે અને intellectual property laws દ્વારા સુરક્ષિત છે. આ Terms તમને અમારા trademarks, trade names, અથવા logos ના કોઈ અધિકારો આપતા નથી.

૪. ગોપનીયતા અને Data Collection

FloSync ની core playback અને scheduling સુવિધાઓ locally ચાલે છે, અને media/configuration data તમારા devices પર જ રહે છે. Bug reports અથવા crash reports submit કરવાનું પસંદ કરો ત્યારે, સમસ્યાઓ investigate કરવા diagnostic information share કરી શકો. Software સુધારવા anonymized usage analytics પણ collect થઈ શકે.

૫. Disclaimer of Warranties

SOFTWARE "AS IS" અને "AS AVAILABLE" ના ધોરણે — MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, અને NON-INFRINGEMENT સહિત — કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES વગર પ્રદાન કરવામાં આવે છે. SOFTWARE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, અથવા HARMFUL COMPONENTS મુક્ત હશે તેવી અમે ખાતરી આપતા નથી.

૬. Limitation of Liability

૭. Termination

આ Terms terminate ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી effective છે. Terms ભંગ કરો તો ગમે ત્યારે license terminate કરી શકીએ. Termination પર, Software નો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરો અને બધી copies delete કરો. Sections ૩, ૫, ૬, અને ૯ termination પછી અમલમાં રહે.

૮. Open Source Components

Software FFmpeg project ના components સામેલ કરે છે, જે GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 (LGPLv2.1) હેઠળ licensed છે. FFmpeg dynamically linked છે અને LGPL ના અનુસાર end user replace કરી શકે.

આ Software માં સામેલ binaries ને અનુરૂ‍પ FFmpeg source code ffmpeg.org/releases પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

FFmpeg components ના સંદર્ભે LGPLv2.1 હેઠળ તમારા અધિકારો — LGPL-licensed libraries ના modifications debug કરવા reverse engineer કરવા સહિત — આ Terms પ્રતિબંધિત કરતા નથી.

Software અન્ય open source libraries સામેલ કરી શકે, જે-તે licenses દ્વારા governed. Third-party licenses ની સંપૂર્ણ list Software માં સહાય > FloSync વિશે હેઠળ ઉપલબ્ધ છે.

૯. Governing Law

આ Terms Florida, United States ના laws દ્વારા governed છે, conflict of law principles ની ધ્‍યાનમાં લીધા વગર. Florida ના state અથવા federal courts માં disputes resolve કરવામાં આવશે.

૧૦. આ Terms માં ફેરફાર

સમયાંતરે આ Terms update થઈ શકે. Updated Terms revised "Last updated" date સાથે આ page પર post કરવામાં આવશે. ફેરફારો પછી Software નો ઉપયોગ ચાલુ રાખવો નવા Terms ની સ્વીકૃતિ ગણાય.
