ગોપનીયતા નીતિ

આ ગોપનીયતા નીતિ સ્પષ્ટ કરે છે કે Tentekio LLC ("Company", "અમે") FloSync desktop application ("Software") અને https://flosync.com પરની FloSync website ("Website") ના સંદર્ભમાં માહિતી કઈ રીતે એકત્ર, ઉપયોગ અને સુરક્ષિત કરે છે. Software અથવા Website વાપરીને તમે આ નીતિ સ્વીકારો છો.

૧. Software (Desktop Application)

૧.૧ Core Operation

FloSync ની core સુવિધાઓ — media playback, scheduling, અને multi-screen synchronization — તમારા local device(s) અને local network પર ચાલે છે. આ સુવિધાઓ માટે account અથવા internet connection જરૂરી નથી. Media files, configurations, schedules, અને settings તમારા device પર local સ્ટોર થાય છે.

૧.૨ Network Synchronization

Multi-device synchronization સુવિધા વાપરતી વખતે, Software તમારા local network (LAN) પર devices વચ્ચે communicate કરે છે. Sync messages માં playback timing data અને configuration state હોય છે.

૧.૩ Optional Cloud સુવિધાઓ

ભવિષ્યમાં optional cloud-based સુવિધાઓ (જેમ કે remote management અથવા cloud storage) ઉપલબ્ધ થઈ શકે. આ સુવિધાઓ માટે account જરૂરી હશે અને ડેટા અમારા servers પર ટ્રાન્સફર થશે. આવી સુવિધાઓ સ્પષ્ટ રીતે ઓળખાવામાં આવશે, opt-in રહેશે, અને ઉપલબ્ધ થતાં પહેલાં આ ગોપનીયતા નીતિ અપડેટ કરવામાં આવશે.

૧.૪ Bug Reports અને Crash Reports

જો તમે Software દ્વારા bug report અથવા crash report સબમિટ કરો, તો નીચેની માહિતી અમારા servers ને મળી શકે:

૧.૫ Version Checks

૧.૬ Usage Analytics

FloSync કઈ રીતે વપરાય છે તે સમજવા અને Software સુધારવા, અમે anonymized, aggregated usage data (જેમ કે feature usage frequency અને app configuration) collect કરી શકીએ. આ data તમારી ઓળખ સાથે જોડાતો નથી. તમે કઈ content display કરો છો તે વિશે અમે માહિતી collect કરતા નથી.

૨.૧ Cookies

• Visit કરેલ pages અને દરેક page પર વિતાવેલ સમય

૨.૩ Contact Form

Contact form submit કરતી વખતે, તમારું નામ, email address, પસંદ કરેલ topic, industry, અને message Web3Forms દ્વારા process કરવામાં આવે છે. આ માહિતી ફક્ત તમારી inquiry ના જવાબ માટે વપરાય છે.

૨.૪ Newsletter

Contact form પર newsletter opt-in કરો ત્યારે, SendGrid દ્વારા manage થતી mailing list માં તમારું email address અને નામ ઉમેરાય છે. FloSync સમાચાર અને જાહેરાતો મોકલવા ફક્ત આ માહિતી વપરાય છે. કોઈ પણ newsletter email ના link થી ગમે ત્યારે unsubscribe કરી શકાય.

૨.૫ Downloads

Website થી Software download કરતી વખતે, aggregate analytics હેતુ માટે download event (timestamp, selected platform) log થઈ શકે. Software download કરવા personal information આપવી જરૂરી નથી.

૩. Data Retention

Data ફક્ત ત્યાં સુધી retain કરવામાં આવે છે જ્યાં સુધી તેના intended purpose માટે જરૂરી હોય:

• Bug reports — સમસ્યા ઉકેલાય ત્યાં સુધી retain, પછી delete
• Install tracking data — Installation active હોય ત્યાં સુધી; ૧૨ મહિના activity ન હોય તો purge થઈ શકે
• Contact form submissions — Inquiry ના જવાબ અને સમાધાન સુધી retain
• Newsletter subscriptions — Unsubscribe ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી retain
• Analytics data — Google Analytics ના standard retention settings અનુસાર

૪. તમારા અધિકારો

તમારા jurisdiction અનુસાર, તમને નીચેના અધિકારો હોઈ શકે:

• અમારી પાસે રહેલ personal data access કરવો
• Personal data સુધારવા અથવા delete કરવાની વિનંતી
• Data processing માટે consent પાછી ખેંચવી (newsletter unsubscribe અથવા cookies reject)

૫. બાળકોની ગોપનીયતા

અમારો Software અને Website ૧૩ વર્ષથી ઓછી ઉંમરના બાળકો માટે નથી. બાળકો પાસેથી જાણી-જોઈને personal information collect કરતા નથી. જો કોઈ બાળકે personal data આપ્યો હોય, અમારો સંપર્ક કરો — અમે તે delete કરીશું.

૬. સુરક્ષા
