About the Harvest Table Menu Template
Each meal has its own colors: cream and wood for breakfast, green for lunch, a darker board for dinner. The layout and the type are the same in all three, so the board still looks like one restaurant when the menu changes.
Each menu is three screens made to hang side by side: the house plate and the entrees on the left, one favorite priced large in the middle, sides and drinks in two columns on the right. Prices sit in their own column so a guest reads down the board instead of hunting across it, and every dish carries a line of description under it.

Put the Harvest Table Menu Board on Your Screens with FloSync
Start with the HTML download and unzip it somewhere permanent, since FloSync plays the pages from wherever you leave them.
In the composer, right-click each screen box and choose Load HTML File.... The file names say where they go: left-entrees.html on the left display, middle-specials.html in the middle, right-sides-drinks.html on the right. Leave the mode dropdown on Independent, so each screen keeps its own page.
Click Go Live, choose Go Live (Current), and the board is up.
For a menu that changes itself, open the schedule panel instead and give breakfast, lunch and dinner a scene each, then drag the changeover times to your kitchen's hours. Choose Go Live (Schedule) and the three screens move together from then on.

Swap In Your Dishes, Photos, Colors and Logo
The restaurant is called Longtable and every dish on it is invented.
In the HTML pages the dish names, descriptions and prices are plain text: open a page in any text editor and type over them. The photographs live in the images folder beside each page, square, so swap in your own at the same shape, and replace longtable-lockup.svg with your logo at the same height. Every color and both font names are set once in the :root block at the top of each page, so changing one there changes it across that board.
The PowerPoint set opens in Keynote and Canva too, where the words, photographs, colors and fonts are ordinary edits. Illustrator gives you the same nine screens as artboards, with live type. Install the two fonts from the fonts folder first, Noto Serif and Noto Sans, both free from Google, or the layout will look wrong.
When the menu says what you serve, export each screen as an image or a video, then play those in FloSync.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use the Harvest Table template in my restaurant?
Yes. Use the template, change it and put it on your screens, including somewhere you charge money, and you do not have to credit anyone on the screens themselves. If you pass the files on to someone else, or build a new template out of them, keep the credit line and the license with them. What you may not do is sell the files as they are.
Do I need FloSync to use the templates?
No. Our templates are free to use however you like, with whatever software you already have. We hope you'll consider FloSync when you put them on your screens.
Will the menu board work on 4K screens?
Yes. The HTML version fills whatever screen it is on, the PowerPoint and Illustrator files are sized for 4K, and Canva lets you choose the size when you download. The photographs are placeholders, so use your own high-resolution photos for a 4K screen.
Do I need three screens?
No. Each screen is separate in every format, so you can use one, two or all three. Edit the menus so the screens you keep cover everything your customers need.
What Is FloSync?
FloSync is free software for Mac and Windows that runs images, video, and web pages across one screen or many. Each screen can carry its own content, and a schedule can change them all together at the times you set, so a board like this one keeps itself current while you get on with service. It is free to download, with no account and no monthly fee.
